Leah Solivan is the Founder and former CEO of TaskRabbit, the pioneering platform that revolutionized the gig economy by connecting people with local freelancers for everyday tasks. Under her leadership, TaskRabbit expanded across major cities in the U.S. and internationally, redefining the way people think about work and productivity.  

Leah’s inspiration for TaskRabbit came in 2008 when she ran out of dog food and realized there had to be a better way to connect neighbors willing to help with everyday errands. From that moment, she grew TaskRabbit into one of the most innovative startups of its time, eventually leading to its acquisition by IKEA in 2017.

Peter Paltchik, born in Yalta, Ukraine, is a distinguished Israeli judoka competing in the under-100 kg weight category. After moving to Israel as an infant, he began practicing judo at the age of four, encouraged by his grandfather to strengthen his bones. 

Paltchik's career is highlighted by significant achievements:

- **European Champion**: In 2020, he clinched the gold medal at the European Judo Championships in Prague, defeating Russia's Arman Adamian in the final. 

- **Olympic Medals**: He earned a bronze medal as part of Israel's mixed team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.  At the Paris 2024 Olympics, Paltchik secured an individual bronze in the men's under-100 kg category, marking Israel's first medal of the Games. 

Beyond his athletic prowess, Paltchik is known for his resilience and dedication, overcoming early health challenges and injuries to reach the pinnacle of his sport. His journey from a child with bone issues to a world-class judoka serves as an inspiration to many.
